The ideal candidate should be interested and passionate about automotive systems, vehicle dynamics, and simulation.\nSupport Steering System Hardware-in-Loop team with product development tasks such as test support and testing chamber prep\nSupport Steering CAE team with mechanical simulations\nDocument and maintain technical product data and procedures\nAssist with/Develop Testing scripts utilizing Matlab, Simulink, and CarSim \nAssist/Develop Data analysis scripts utilizing MATLAB or dSPACE Automation desk\nAssist with/Develop a Virtual Vehicle Environment\n Minimum Qualifications:\nPursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or related field\nMinimum 18 years of age\nMinimum cumulative 3.0 GPA\nUnderstanding of Mechanical/Electrical fundamentals\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nThis internship can be up to 12 months in duration. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nInvolvement in Formula SAE or Formula Baja preferred\nStrong knowledge of vehicle dynamics\nStrong interpersonal skills\nExperience with Matlab/Simulink preferred\nExperience with Abaqus/Ansys preferred\nExperience with CarSim\nProficient with hands on skills\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nIndefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
