This role is responsible for mechanical development and serial support activities for Transmission Control Units. Since 2018, ENG46 has been the lead development team for mechanics in this area, with PS-TC as our primary partner. We are currently expanding our activities, leading to us taking over serial support for an increasing number of XC products.\nYour tasks:\n► Coordination of mechanical development for transmission control units until SOP\ndie cast parts\nsheet metal parts\nplastic parts (connector)\nPCB (printed circuit board) layout\n► Leading of international project team (design, purchasing, customer, production technology, layout, sample shop, series preparation)\n► Planning and follow-up of scheduling, quality, resources, capacity, costs, risk-management according to requirements\n► Introduction of improvement-measures\n► Project documentation according to current Bosch quality directives\n► Regular reporting about project status to internal customer and management\n► Coordination of technical topics with customer, Bosch departments and production sites in international environment\n► Use and improvement of development methods according to Bosch rules and customer requirements\n► Follow-up and compliance of scheduling, costs and quality goals\n► Provide serial support for existing TCU products, including problem solving, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives, particularly during periods without active project assignments\n ► University or technical college degree in engineering (mechanical, electronic, mechatronics, technical manager or comparable)\n► Negotiation level of English language\n► Project leader mindset and experience\n► Familiar with different technologies (aluminium die cast, plastics, sheet metal, PCB)\n► Self-confident appearance\n► Strong communication and negotiation skills\n► Target-, quality- and process oriented\n► Flexible, team player\n► Ability to cope with stress\n► Precise, independent and systematically\n► Analytical mindset\n► Ability to make decisions, ready to take responsibility\n► Ready to travel\nWhat gives you further advantages:\n► Familiar with ECUs based on PCB-technology\n► Experience in serial support\n Get to know our #LikeABosch benefits.\nWe would like to help you GROW, so we offer you:\nFinancial security & recognition: We review and increase your competitive base salary annually, offer performance-, loyalty-, and referral bonus.\nTrainings and professional development: We believe in a Life-Long Learning approach, so you can take advantage of several technical and soft skill trainings and language courses.\nCareer development: We have a wide range of programs to choose from, even if its leadership, expert or project development you are aiming for.
