[SX/BSV] AUTOSAR Software Developer – Classic / Adaptive

BGSV - Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

We are looking for AUTOSAR Software Developers to join our automotive software development team. Depending on the candidate's experience and technical background, the role will focus on either AUTOSAR Classic or AUTOSAR Adaptive.

We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in C/C++, embedded software development and automotive software engineering. Experience in either AUTOSAR Classic or Adaptive AUTOSAR is required; experience with both platforms is an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate and maintain automotive software based on AUTOSAR platforms.
• Analyze software requirements and translate them into software design and implementation.
• Develop and integrate software components, interfaces and services.
• Perform software integration, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Develop unit and integration tests.
• Support software verification, validation and release activities.
• Collaborate with system, software, test and customer teams.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews and knowledge transfer.
• Work according to automotive software development processes such as ASPICE and functional-safety requirements.

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive embedded software development.
• Strong programming skills in C and/or C++.
• Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR Classic or Adaptive AUTOSAR.
• Good understanding of embedded software architecture and development processes.
• Experience with automotive communication technologies such as CAN and/or Ethernet.
• Experience with software development tools such as Git and debugging tools.
• Good English communication skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of modules/features end-to-end.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving ability.
• High degree of self-discipline, quality focus, and willingness to learn new technologies.
