Responsibilities :\nTeam Leadership & Management\nLead, mentor, and manage a team of 30 AI Engineers and Full Stack Developers.\nFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.\nConduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the career development of team members.\nManage resource allocation, workload distribution, and project assignments.\nProject & Delivery Management\nOversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple customer projects, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment.\nServe as the primary point of contact between the project team and external stakeholders, including customers.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nTechnical Guidance\nProvide technical direction and architectural oversight on projects involving AI/ML and Full Stack technologies.\nFacilitate technical discussions, and help the team solve complex engineering challenges.\nPromote and enforce software development best practices, including code quality, testing, and CI/CD.\nEducational qualification:\nBachelor’s degree/Master’s degree(BE/ME) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nExperience :\n8 to 12 years of professional experience in the software industry.\nMandatory/requires Skills :\nExperience:\nLeadership: Proven experience in a leadership capacity, managing and mentoring engineering teams.\n\nTechnical Acumen:\nSolid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.\n\nStrong knowledge of Full Stack Development, including modern front-end (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) technologies.\n\nProject Management: Experience managing the delivery of customer-facing software projects.\n\nSoft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nDirect experience managing a team of 20 or more members.\n\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).\n\nAbility to handle multiple priorities and complex projects.\n\nRelevant certifications such as ITIL, AWS, Azure, GCP, PMP, or Prince2 are preferred.\n\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail\n\nEffective communication skills in English (C1 level), both written and verbal\n\nExperience working in Agile environments, with tools like Jira and Confluence\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, international team setting.\n\n 8 to 12 years of proven experience as a in a leadership capacity, managing and mentoring engineering
