Architecture & Solution Design\nDefine end-to-end architecture for cloud-native and hybrid solutions.\n\nDesign scalable, resilient, and secure systems using modern architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven, API-first).\n\nCreate architecture blueprints, reference models, and technical roadmaps.\n\nEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance.\n\nCloud & Platform Engineering\nLead architecture and implementation across cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).\n\nDesign and optimize Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE) based platforms, including GPU workloads where applicable.\n\nDefine strategies for:\nAutoscaling (horizontal & vertical)\n\nHigh availability & disaster recovery\n\nMulti-region deployments\n\nOptimize cloud cost, performance, and resource utilization.\n\nDevOps & Automation\nArchitect CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments.\n\nDefine release strategies (blue-green, canary deployments).\n\nDrive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform/Bicep.\n\nEnsure observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks.\n\n4. Security & Compliance\nDesign secure architectures aligned with enterprise and regulatory standards.\n\nImplement identity and access management (IAM), network security, and data protection strategies.\n\nEnsure secure integration between on-premises and cloud (hybrid connectivity).\n\n5. Performance, Reliability & Scalability\nIdentify and resolve system bottlenecks and performance issues.\n\nEnsure systems meet SLAs for availability, latency, and throughput.\n\nDrive proactive reliability engineering and chaos testing practices.\n\n6. Stakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\nEngage with product owners, DevOps teams, and security teams for seamless delivery.\n\nCommunicate architectural decisions and trade-offs effectively.\n\n7. Leadership & Mentorship\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.\n\nMentor developers, DevOps engineers, and junior architects.\n\nEstablish best practices, coding standards, and architectural governance.\n\n8. Innovation & Continuous Improvement\nAssess emerging technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms) with a focus on improving cloud platform engineering, automation, and operational reliability\n\nDrive innovation initiatives and proof-of-concepts (POCs).\n\nContinuously improve platform capabilities and developer productivity.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong hands-on experience in cloud platforms (preferably Azure).\n\nDeep knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).\n\nExperience in microservices architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.\n\nProficiency in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nStrong understanding of networking, security, and identity management.\n\nExperience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching systems.\n\nFamiliarity with AI/ML or GPU-based workloads is a strong plus.\n\nArchitectural Competencies\n· Ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant systems using structured architecture approaches such as arc42, C4 Model, or 4+1 View Model, ensuring clarity across logical, development, and runtime perspectives.\n· Strong understanding of design patterns and architectural principles, applied consistently within enterprise frameworks like TOGAF, enabling alignment with business capabilities, technology standards, and long-term roadmaps.\n· Experience in defining enterprise architecture standards and governance, leveraging TOGAF (ADM lifecycle, governance models) and documenting solutions using structured approaches such as arc42 or C4 Model for better stakeholder communication and traceability.\nSoft Skills\nStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to balance technical depth with business priorities.\n\n Educational qualification: B.E/ B.
