For almost 35 years, Bosch Rexroth, dba HydraForce, Inc. has been producing the most innovative elector-hydraulic control solutions for the mobile machinery and industrial equipment markets.\n Technical Assembler Rotational Program\nMust be an active HydraForce employee in good standing at the time of application.\nThe HydraForce Technical Assembler Rotational Program is designed to develop future leaders in manufacturing by providing hands-on experience across key areas of our operations. Participants will build a strong foundation in hydraulic manufacturing while gaining exposure to HydraForce processes, standards, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices.\nThroughout the program, participants will rotate through nine key departments, working alongside experienced team members and a dedicated mentor who will provide guidance, support, and feedback throughout the program.\nThe rotational curriculum includes:\nSupport / Logistics - Learn material flow, inventory processes, and logistics operations.\nQuality - Inspection - Develop skills in inspection methods, measurement, and quality standards.\nHoning - Gain hands-on experience with honing processes and equipment.\nAssembly - Build knowledge of hydraulic component assembly processes and standards.\nTesting - Learn testing procedures and how to verify product performance and functionality.\nQuality - Auditing - Understand quality audits, compliance, and process controls.\nQuality - Warranty - Gain insight into warranty processes, root-cause analysis, and customer-focused quality.\nManufacturing Engineering - Learn how manufacturing processes are developed, optimized, and supported.\nLean Manufacturing - Apply Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to improve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.\nEach rotation includes defined learning objectives, activities, and timeframes to ensure participants develop a broad understanding of hydraulic manufacturing and how the various functions work together.\nThis program provides a unique opportunity for individuals who are interested in manufacturing, hydraulics, leadership, and continuous improvement to develop the technical knowledge and cross-functional experience needed to grow their careers with HydraForce.\n Must be an active HydraForce employee in good standing at the time of application\nEducation and Experience\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent\n0-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, machining, electronics, or other hands-on technical experience\nAbility to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, diagrams, and standard operating procedures\nBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to use common hand tools\nBasic computer skills and ability to learn manufacturing software/systems\nAbility to perform measurements using tools such as rulers, calipers, micrometers, or gauges-or willingness to learn\nStrong commitment to safety, quality, and following standardized processes\nAbility to work effectively in a team and communicate issues clearly\nAbility to learn and adapt to different manufacturing processes and work environments\nRotational Program Specific Qualifications\nLearning agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new equipment, processes, and technical concepts\nAdaptability: Comfortable moving between different departments, products, shifts, and manufacturing processes\nProblem solving: Able to identify abnormalities, investigate potential causes, and escalate issues appropriately\nCross-functional collaboration: Willingness to work with engineering, quality, maintenance, operations, and supply chain teams\nCareer interest: Demonstrated interest in developing a long-term career in manufacturing or technical operations\nAccountability: Takes ownership of quality, safety, productivity, and personal development\nCommunication: Able to document work and communicate technical information clearly\nPhysical Requirements\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:\n· Ability to stand for 8-10 hours\n· Lift and move 15 - 35 pounds without assistance\n· Work with parts of various sizes and weights\n· Repetitive shoulder/arm/hand motion\nWork Environment\n· Work time is spent in a warehouse environment where temperatures are often warm or cool, depending upon the season, and noise level can be moderate to high\n· Exposure to oil and water\n· Exposure to machinery\n· PPE required as determined by company safety standards: safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, safety steel toe shoes\n The rotational program has a set pay range of $18-22 per hour during the rotation period.
