Technical Customer Project Manager - Power Electronics Products

Lead a large-scale e-mobility power electronics project in a highly innovative, fast-paced environment, working closely with Japanese OEM (customers) to drive strategic project success. Accountable for achieving customer expectations and project targets in quality, cost, schedule, and budget while ensuring effective technical coordination and resolution of complex engineering challenges.

Act as the central interface between customers and a global, cross-functional team spanning Japan, Germany, Austria, India, and Hungary, fostering collaboration across cultures, functions, and management levels. With a high degree of autonomy, drive innovation, profitability, and execution excellence while inspiring teams through clear vision, strong leadership, and decisive action. Contribute to the development of market-leading electrification solutions and support Bosch’s continued growth in the rapidly evolving e-mobility market.

Required Experience, Skills & Background:

• 5+ years of automotive industry experience, including technical project management of complex products and customer programs.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across customer, management, and engineering organizations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical and project-related challenges.
• Proactive risk and issue management, including early identification, assessment, mitigation, and escalation of project risks.
• Business-fluent Japanese and English, enabling effective technical discussions, customer engagement, and collaboration in multicultural, global teams.

Preferred Experience, Skills & Background

• Extensive experience in the development and launch of automotive power electronics and vehicle systems in global markets.
• Proven Project Manager/Project Leader, delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs in international environments.
• PMP certified project management professional.
• Demonstrated leadership of globally distributed, multicultural teams across functions, regions, and organizations.
