You’ll find us in automotive factories, packaging systems for the food industry, medical devices and laboratories.\n El tecnico de laboratorio proporciona soporte para las funciones de ingeniería y técnicas dentro de la\noperación de calidad para procesos como la metrología y las verificaciones dimensionales, calibración\ny pruebas de materiales, así como tambien contribuye a desarrollar la documentación tecnica que\ncumple con los requisitos del cliente, ademas de proporcionar capacitacion y\nentrenamiento propio de la posicion para asociados de nuevo ingreso. Esta función ejecuta tareas de\nmedio a alto nivel de complejidad, asi como la operacion y programacion de equipo e instrumentos de\nmedicion y prueba supervisado por un ingeniero experimentado según la naturaleza del proceso al\ncual sea asignado en la operacion del laboratorio.\nComo parte del equipo de Calidad, el tecnico de laboratorio debera seguir las normas y procedimientos para\nrealizar las tareas asignadas y:\nParticipar activamente en el establecimiento de procesos y procedimientos para garantizar que se\nimplementen principios de seguridad y calidad dentro del departamento y que las actividades\nrealizadas dentro de las áreas.\nDocumentar adecuadamente las inspecciones y pruebas con sus registros y resultados de la\nverificación dentro del departamento y áreas de influencia, para cumplir con los requisitos y directivas\nnormativas, de nuestros clientes y de Bosch Rexroth.\nDocumentar adecuadamente los métodos e informes de inspección, prueba o análisis de las\nmuestras que se prueban o analizan para lanzamientos y validaciones de productos o líneas para las\ndiferentes operaciones de fabricación que se consideran dentro del alcance del aseguramiento de\ncalidad/requisitos del cliente.\nPromover su desarrollo dentro del área/proceso involucrándose en tareas que desafían sus\nhabilidades y conocimientos al siguiente nivel de experiencia y complejidad.\nDesarrollar un criterio y juicio técnico a partir del conocimiento de los diferentes procesos en el\nlaboratorio con el proposito de cubrir las necesidades de la operación de manufactura y\ncalidad en planta.\nLaboratorio, inspección de calidad o calibracion con\nel uso de dispositivos y equipos de medición en un\nentorno de manufactura como CMM, perfilometro,\nrugosimetro, microscopio, transductores de torque,\nceldas de carga, calipers, micrometros, medidores\nde altura, torquimetros, etc. (deseado).\nConocimientos de metrología, analisis/pruebas de\nmateriales, calibración y operaciones del laboratorio\n(deseado).\nOrdenador/computarora, software, TI, MS Office,\nconocimientos básicos y experiencia (deseada).\nIndispensable: Programación de CMM\nBOSCH is a proud supporter of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Initiatives\nBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
