Tu rol será ejecutar y brindar soporte en las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los sistemas electromecánicos e infraestructura del edificio, asegurando su óptimo funcionamiento y continuidad operativa. Realizarás inspecciones periódicas, detectarás y repararás fallas, y garantizarás el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y eficiencia. Además, contribuirás al mantenimiento adecuado de las instalaciones, promoviendo un entorno de trabajo seguro y funcional, siempre en alineación con la supervisión y las directrices del líder de mantenimiento.

  • Escolaridad: Carrera trunca o carrera técnica relacionada con el área de mantenimiento.

  • Experiencia: A partir de 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de edificios (reparaciones generales).

  • Conocimientos en instalaciones eléctricas de media y baja tensión.

  • Experiencia en sistemas de aire comprimido, compresores e instalaciones neumáticas.

  • Conocimiento en reparaciones de colectores de polvo, equipos de enfriamiento y chillers.

  • Diagnóstico, reparación y mantenimiento de sistemas de climatización.

  • Inglés básico.

  • Disponibilidad para rol de turnos.
