Then we look forward to receiving your application to Bosch Rexroth.\n We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.\nThis role provides essential administrative and coordination support across a range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR systems, training coordination and general HR administration.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources, gaining practical experience while working alongside an experienced and supportive HR team.\nWhat you will be doing\nHR Administration & Employee Records: Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, prepare employee correspondence and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.\n\nRecruitment & Onboarding: Support recruitment activities, including job advertisements, interview coordination, pre-employment requirements, onboarding and employee inductions.\n\nEmployee Lifecycle & Payroll Support: Assist with employee changes, including transfers, promotions, changes to employment conditions, offboarding and payroll-related administration.\n\nHR Systems & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee information within HR systems, assist with data reporting and support HR process improvements.\n\nTraining & General HR Support: Coordinate employee training activities, respond to routine HR enquiries and assist with HR projects and initiatives.\n\n A genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources, with a qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related field either underway, recently completed or planned.\nSome previous experience in an administration, customer service or office support role is beneficial, though not essential.\nConfidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.\nHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\nA reliable, proactive approach to work, with the ability to use initiative and follow established processes.\nA positive attitude, willingness to learn, take direction and work collaboratively within a supportive team\n To apply, please submit your cover letter and resume through the online application link.\nPlease Note:\nAs part of our recruitment process, preferred candidates will be required to successfully complete pre-employment screening.
