The role is ideal for any individual with experience in training coordination with customer focus.\nThe IMI accredited Bosch Service Training Centre is primarily responsible for delivering training programmes designed to provide independent vehicle workshops with the core skills required to be successful in today’s complex and dynamic automotive market. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a successful team for a global company.\nKey Responsibilities\nPromote the Bosch Service Training portfolio to increase course uptake, customer retention, and revenue.\n Support the development of sales plans and contribute to achieving departmental revenue targets.\nAct as a key point of contact for customers, managing course enquiries and maintaining ongoing engagement.\nLiaise with customers, suppliers and stakeholders to support the planning, scheduling and successful delivery of training programmes.\nCollaborate with internal departments (UK and global) to align training solutions with broader business objectives.\nOversee the coordination of training events at the Bosch Service Training Centre and nationwide locations.\nManage logistical requirements for regional training delivery across the UK and Ireland.\nAllocate and manage resources to ensure efficient and effective course delivery.\nEnsure accurate system updates relating to delegates and training records via internal systems and LMS platforms.\nSupport internal finance processes including invoicing, cost tracking, and revenue reporting.\nMonitor performance metrics including course utilisation, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.\nContribute to forecasting and reporting activities to support strategic planning.\nManage pre and post-course administration activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.\nSupport the Training Manager with operational and commercial initiatives.\nMaintain high standards of communication with delegates and organisations on a daily basis.\n 18+ age due to safeguarding\nStrong customer engagement and relationship skills.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nStrong organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\n Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).\nExperience with CRM, database systems or SAP is desirable.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.\nStrong focus on delivering excellent customer service.\nFull UK driving licence\n Apprentice will be studying towards Business Administration apprenticeship level 3.\nFull time in the office.\n£25,000 per annum plus bonus scheme\nTo be eligible for an apprenticeship, you must:\nBe a UK citizen or have proof of your right to work in the UK.\n Have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 years or more.\nIf you are not a UK or EEA citizen, you must have resided in the UK for the last 3 years.\nTo apply for the programme,participants cannot:\nBe enrolled in full-time education\nBe currently participating in another apprenticeship programme\nBe currently pursuing another qualification that is government-funded\nParticipants will need to provide evidence of level 2 qualification in Maths & English at GCSE grade C or equivalent* or work towards obtaining these throughout the programme. If candidates don't have these qualification certificates, they will be supported in:\nLocating their certificates through a 3rd party company\nand/or\nAchieving Level 2 through additional coaching\nIf participants are in the UK on the EU settlement scheme, their ‘visa’ needs to cover the whole period of the apprenticeship.
