In this role you will:\nCreate deliveries, assigning carriers, scheduling carriers, and creating Bills of Lading for domestic and international shipments.\nProcess internal material requests, assist with cycle counting, assist with receiving, and perform other warehouse-related tasks.\nEnter and maintain accurate shipping and inventory data in warehouse management systems, including SAP modules, to ensure data integrity and accessibility.\nVerify shipment accuracy, documentation completeness, and compliance with shipping requirements prior to carrier pickup.\nCoordinate with multiple departments including Customer Service, Repair, Logistics Planning, and occasionally external customers to resolve shipping inquiries and expedite orders.\nAssist Warehouse Associates with their tasks as needed, providing support during peak periods or special projects.\nPerform cycle counts and physical inventory verifications to maintain accurate stock levels and identify discrepancies.\nMonitor and track shipment status, providing updates to internal stakeholders and customers as required.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nOther Workplace Conditions:\nOccasional lifting up to 40 pounds.\nThis position is generally not eligible for work from home.\nBasic Qualifications:\nHigh School diploma or GED.\n1+ years of logistics experience OR an Associate's degree in Business or Supply Chain.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAn associates degree in a related field.\nPrevious experience in warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment.\nKnowledge of the Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management(MM)/Warehouse Management(WM) modules of SAP.\nMust have the ability to work independently, to make informed decisions, follow work instructions, and seek help from others. \n This position will have a salary range of $21/hr. - $23/hr. In addition to the base rate, the position will have an annual bonus potential of 0% - 6% of annual salary based upon individual targets and company performance.
