- Operational Support
- Record, analyze, and visualize production parameters and systems.
- Contribute to defining and updating standards for industrial engineering processes.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work with other Bosch factories and central engineering teams.
- Share insights and ideas to improve processes and reduce costs.
- Process Improvement
- Assist in implementing productivity measurement tools.
- Support ergonomic improvement initiatives and cost reduction efforts.
- Training & Documentation
- Help deliver training on ergonomic principles and production standards.
- Learn and apply industrial engineering tools like MTM.
- Administrative Tasks
- Collect data and prepare KPI reports.
- Ensure compliance with CljP procedures.
- Support PDM (product data management) with SAP updates
- Analyze data and prepare reports regarding CT (Cycle time) using different data sources
- Education: You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Economics, or related fields
- Conversational English skills, because you will communicate with our multicultural colleagues
- We are looking for a medium level of Microsoft Office (Excel), because you will be responsible to process input data
- Interest in learning about processes from a manufacturing factory
- Show willingness for support and administration of the plant ramp-up
- Express initiative for learning about the latest trends in technology
- Be able to communicate and collaborate with our colleagues from different departments
- Personal Traits: Organized, results-oriented, and adaptable
