In short, Bosch creates technology that is “Invented for life\".\nAbout the Role\nAs a Workshop Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for workshops within your assigned territory and represent the complete Bosch Mobility Aftermarket portfolio. You will be responsible for expanding the network of Bosch-affiliated workshops, strengthening workshop loyalty, increasing Bosch parts pull, promoting diagnostic equipment and services, and supporting the implementation of workshop concepts and training programs\n Serve as the key contact for workshops in the assigned territory.\nAcquire workshops for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program and for the Bosch loyalty program.\nProvide ongoing support to Bosch Workshop Partners.\nDrive Bosch parts pull (sell-out) and promote workshop equipment and diagnostic solutions within the territory.\nPromote and sell Bosch workshop services, including training, Hotline, Remote Diagnostics, Vehicle Health Check (VHC), and Vehicle Care Assistant (VCA).\nGenerate leads for workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools and complete sales where possible.\nPromote Bosch campaigns covering parts, diagnostics, workshop concepts, and services.\nGenerate and validate leads for Bosch Car Service and hand them over to the BCS Concept Consultant.\nFollow up with Bosch Car Service workshops on the delivery of basic value proposition services.\n Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.\nProven experience in expanding workshop networks/service centers.\nExperience in selling products/services directly to independent workshops.\nGood understanding of automotive parts, diagnostics, and workshop equipment.\nExperience working with workshops or workshop networks is preferred.\nStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\nFluent in Thai with working knowledge of English.\nValid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.\n Your future job offers you\n5 Working days, Multinational working environment.
