If you are looking for a great opportunity to pursue a rewarding career with a company known for quality and big savings, apply today!\nJob Responsibilities\nProcessing enrollments, changes, terminations of benefits utilizing HRIS system; Review and resolve error reports from vendors\nParticipate in the annual open enrollment process\nComplete verification requests for HIPP, child support, etc.\nCreation and maintenance of benefit files\nUtilize HRIS System to run benefit reports\nParticipate in preparation of coworker communications mailings\nJob Requirements\nPrior experience with benefits administration in a multi-site company, preferred\nPrior experience processing medical enrollments and changes, preferred\nKnowledge of using employee self-service portals, preferred\nSelf-starter, creative problem-solving skills and learning ability\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with both internal and external customers, representatives, and government agencies\nComputer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn additional systems used by our benefits division\nAbility to manage multiple tasks throughout the day, excellent time management skills\nSchedule: Monday- Friday, 5 hours per day (10 AM- 3 PM preferred)\nBenefits\nAt Boscov's, we value our employees, and that's why we provide a competitive compensation and benefits package.
