Apply today!\nJob Responsibilities\nAssist with managing the functions of the Human Resources Office under the guidance and direction of the HR Manager.\nRecruitment: Participate in the process of reviewing resumes/applications, completing initial candidate screenings, and scheduling interviews. Assist with the onboarding processes for new hires.\nBenefits Administration: Follow-up with new hires to collect appropriate benefits paperwork and submit to Corporate office for processing.\nTimekeeping System: Complete entry of schedules into timekeeping system. Maintenance and approval of timecards for a weekly payroll processing. Produce reports for Store Management to ensure adherence to payroll budgets.\nCoworker Support: Intake of coworker questions/concern for resolution by the HR Manager.
