Apply today!\nJob Responsibilities\nManage the functions of the Human Resources Office\nCarry out policies related to phases of the Company and Human Resources\nRecruit, interview and select applicants to fill vacant positions\nOnboard new hires by completing all necessary paperwork and processes\nMaintain coworkers’ records in accordance with Company and government guidelines for reporting purposes\nPlan and conduct new coworker orientation and other types of training classes to foster positive attitudes and improve associate retention\nResponsible for promoting, initiating, and maintaining all facets of benefits, compensation, and performance appraisal review program\nResponsible for timekeeping and payroll procedures\nHandle all employee relations concerns with guidance from Corporate office\nAssume Senior Staff responsibilities \nJob Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree, preferred\nPrior retail sales management experience\n2 to 4 years Human Resources Generalist experience preferred.\nCreative problem solving and confidentiality skills\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills\nAbility to learn HR computer systems and other store systems\nAvailable to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends\nBenefits\nAt Boscov’s, we value our employees, and that’s why we provide a competitive compensation and benefits package.
