Job Description

The Client Success Manager - Bose Technology Solutions & Licensing is a key customer-facing role responsible for helping our technology partners succeed after contract execution.

As Bose’s Audio Technologies business continues to grow, this role will manage a portfolio of partners and serve as their primary day-to-day relationship owner throughout the post-contract lifecycle. Your goal is to make it easy to do business with Bose while helping ensure our partners realize the intended value of Bose technologies and that mutual business commitments are achieved.

The successful candidate will combine strong relationship management with disciplined execution. You will build trusted partner relationships, coordinate activity across Bose teams, maintain visibility into account health and post-launch issues, and proactively identify risks and opportunities within your portfolio.

You will also play an important role in helping Bose scale our growing global partner ecosystem, including strengthening royalty reporting processes and improving visibility into post-launch partner issues.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of customers, technology, and business and wants to grow within a dynamic B2B technology organization.

  • Lead regular partner business reviews and other structured customer touchpoints as appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities to improve adoption, strengthen the partnership, or expand the relationship and engage the appropriate internal stakeholders.

Post-Contract & Post-Launch Execution

  • Coordinate cross-functional activity following contract execution to help ensure a smooth transition from commercial agreement through implementation, launch, and ongoing engagement.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Program Management, Marketing, Business Development, and other functions to maintain visibility into commitments, dependencies, and partner-facing risks.
  • Support portfolio-wide tracking of post-launch bugs and issues, including status, priority, ownership, partner impact, and escalation needs.
  • Ensure partners receive timely and coordinated communication
  • Recognize when issues require escalation and engage the appropriate Bose stakeholders to drive resolution.

Royalty Reporting & Portfolio Operations

  • Serve as a power user of Bose’s royalty reporting platform and help drive consistent usage and reporting discipline across the Audio Technologies partner portfolio.
  • Coordinate the royalty report collection process, proactively following up on missing submissions and identifying reporting discrepancies or risks.
  • Partner with Business Development, Operations, and Finance to improve the accuracy, timeliness, and visibility of partner reporting.
  • Help develop repeatable processes, dashboards, and operating mechanisms that make it easier to manage a growing partner portfolio.

Commercial & Business Support

  • Develop a strong working understanding of partner agreements, royalty structures, commercial commitments, and minimum guarantees relevant to assigned accounts.
  • Drive account forecasting and performance management within your partner portfolio.
  • Provide customer insights and the voice of the partner to help inform business priorities, product direction, and future opportunities.
  • Identify potential opportunities for additional growth and collaborate with Business Development to advance them.

Continuous Improvement & Team Contribution

  • Help establish scalable Client Success practices, tools, and operating rhythms as the Audio Technologies business and partner portfolio continue to grow.
  • Share learnings, best practices, and customer insights across the Client Success and broader Audio Technologies teams.
  • Challenge inefficient processes and recommend practical improvements that make Bose easier to do business with.
  • Contribute to a customer-centric culture focused on long-term partner success, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Client Success, account management, customer operations, business operations, program management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to establish credibility with both external partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, deadlines, and follow-up actions simultaneously.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to drive progress across teams without direct authority.
  • Commercial curiosity and comfort working with forecasts, royalty reporting, contractual commitments, and business performance data.
  • Ability to recognize risk, determine when escalation is required, and communicate issues clearly and constructively.
  • Ability to balance strategic relationship management with the tactical execution required to deliver successful customer outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes and responsibilities continue to scale.
