We invite you to join us in this transformation.\nJob Description\nWe are looking for a Distribution Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day EU distribution operations across distribution centers (DCs) and 3PL partners, ensuring reliable service execution, operational accuracy, and cost-aware decision-making. This role focuses on coordinating activities, monitoring performance, and driving issue resolution to maintain consistent service across OEM, Retail, DTC, and Professional channels.\nScope & Scale\nWorks within a regional distribution network with 2 DCs (primarily 3PL-run)\nSupports delivery performance across multiple channels including B2B and E-commerce\nPartners closely with 3PL operations teams and cross-functional groups (Transportation, Commercial, CX, Finance)\nKey Responsibilities\nDistribution Operations Execution (Core)\nMonitor daily DC operational activities: receiving, storage, pick/pack/ship\nTrack performance against key metrics (OTIF, cycle time, accuracy, throughput)\nCoordinate with 3PL partners to resolve operational issues and maintain SLA performance\nSupport readiness efforts for peaks, promotions, and product launches\nIdentify and escalate service risks early to minimize customer impact\nCost & Productivity Support\nTrack and report warehousing and distribution cost drivers\nReview productivity metrics and identify efficiency opportunities\nHelp drive reduction of waste: excess handling, slotting issues, unnecessary split shipments\nPartner with Transportation on process discipline for outbound flows\nNetwork Stability & Capacity\nMonitor capacity vs. forecast and flag risks to leadership\nSupport execution of network adjustments\nContribute to process improvements or layout adjustments\nParticipate in issue management during disruptions\nDTC & Channel Fulfillment Coordination\nSupport execution of channel-specific service requirements\nHelp balance customer experience expectations with cost considerations\nCollaborate with Commercial, CX, and Finance\nMonitor accessory and small-parcel workflows\nSafety, Compliance & Governance\nEnsure safety and environmental compliance through 3PL oversight\nSupport audit readiness (SOX, EPC, customs)\nHelp maintain SOP adherence\nExperience & Requirements\n3+ years of experience in distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse operations\nExperience with 3PLs or DC environments\nFamiliarity with omnichannel distribution preferred\nStrong detail orientation and problem-solving skills\nEffective communicator across functions\nComfortable in a fast-paced environment\nAre you interested in this position?\nWe’d love to know you better!
