We are looking for a problem-solver to support our Procurement Team based in Lisbon.\nYou Will\nSupport and manage the execution of sourcing (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and contracting projects\n\nProcure high-quality goods and services at favorable terms for the organization\n\nWork closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, category managers, Legal and Finance Departments\n\nContract lifecycle management (creation, amendment, termination, renewal, cancellation, etc.)\n\nUnderstand legal and compliance clauses for contract establishment\n\nExecute “2 Bids n’ Buy” - Manage bid proposals, negotiate pricing and business terms of purchase\n\nPreferred suppliers management (maintain PSL, provide guidance to the business, spend analysis)\n\nResponsible for reviewing/processing vendor creation requests\n\nAdministration of sourcing and contracting projects in Ariba\n\nWork collaborative and closely with Category Managers\n\nWe Are Looking for People With:\n3+ years of procurement experience\n\nDetail oriented, professional\n\nAdaptability, resilience and proactivity\n\nAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to key stakeholders and senior leaders\n\nAbility to follow-up and follow through with multiple tasks\n\nProblem solving skills\n\nAre you interested in this position?\nWe’d love to know you better!
