We invite you to join us in this transformation.\nJob Description\nABOUT THE CO-OP PROGRAM\nBose Corporation is seeking students to participate in our Co-op Program who share our belief that sound is power. During the six-month co-op, students will have the chance to apply classroom learning in a hands-on work environment. Co-op participants will network across the business to gain diverse perspectives within Bose Corporation. Additionally, co-ops will connect with other students and colleagues, building valuable professional relationships for the future.\nSpring Co-op: Candidates must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) in a hybrid, in-office format from January 11 through June 25, 2027. No relocation assistance is available.\nBeing currently authorized to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nData Analytics: Identify, size, and analyze trend data for Returns, Repairs, and Remanufacturing operations\nBuild and maintain data views to understand operational performance and identify quality trends\nEnsure process data is effectively feeding KPI and other user dashboards\nWork to connect Reverse Logistics data insights to product and customer quality data\n\nGeneral Responsibilities:Identify business process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and eliminate waste.\nPresent project reviews in written reports and oral presentations to all levels of Supply Chain management\nProject work in support of Reverse Logistics operations\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nSuccessful candidate must have:Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) enabling report creation\nWorking knowledge of data reporting and use cases for the data being collected\nEffective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence\nAttention to detail and results oriented\nCreativity and innovation in analysis of data sets\nMust be self-motivated with a constant sense of urgency\n\nConsidered a strong plus:Knowledge of Reverse Logistics and Supply Chain operations\nAble to handle complex tasks and assignments along with demonstrated ability to lead team initiatives\nWorking knowledge of 8D Problem Solving, Six Sigma and Lean Principles\n\nAt Bose, you're inspired to be and do your best and are rewarded for your unique talents!
