And we’re hardworking down to our bones about making whatever you’re listening to a little more magical.\nWe are looking for a results oriented and passionate Territory Manager to join our team developing our distributor-run consumer business in Europe with a focus on Netherlands and Belgium.\nThis is a full time role with travel as required.\nTHE ROLE\nPartner and support distributor in planning and execution of Bose GTM strategy.\nBuild long term relationship with the key channel partners to enable HQ relationships and be the first point of contact.\nCollaborate with marketing and other key stakeholders to create execution and new product launch plans with key channel partners.\nIdentify new business opportunities and recommend strategic plans for growth.\nAchieve sell through target revenue, and gross margin objectives.\nTrack, plan, progress and conduct periodic reviews with key channel partners and make adjustments when necessary.\nDrive the execution of business initiatives supporting strategic product investments and managing key BDF expenses to established budgeted targets.\nTrain distributor sales reps on GTM elements (e.g., promotion, value proposition, etc.)\nApply structure and standards to day-to-day account management.\nDocument all sales opportunities.\nSupport weekly, monthly and quarterly product forecast and budget preparation and sales pipeline analysis.\nCoordinate with support teams to ensure partner needs are adequately met.\nKey Performance Indicators\nSales targets\nProfit\nCompetencies required:\nStrong results orientation\nBusiness performance management & market development\nRemote account management\nStrong understanding of offline and online marketing\nProduct forecasting and sales budgeting\nCommunication & -interpersonal relationship skills\nTraining skills\nWhat You’ve Done Before\nDelivered growth in B2B sales management, distributor management for more than 8 years.\nHands on experience managing Key accounts across multiple geographies.\nExtensive knowledge about consumer electronics industry.\nExtensive experience with marketing planning and execution (online and offline).\nLanguage: Dutch, German or French are a bonus.\nWhat We Offer\n“My vision is for each and every one of us to be able to work in a climate that allows individuals to reach their fullest human potential.” - Dr. Amar Bose, Founder\nTo realize that vision, we are constantly evolving our culture to create an environment that welcomes diverse perspectives, facilitates inclusivity, and prioritizes personal and professional growth.
