Communication and organization are key to success in this role.\nBosselman has many benefits to offer you that you will not find anywhere else like:\nPaid vacation\n401K and matching contributions\nHealth, dental and vision insurance\nShort and long term disability insurance\nLife insurance\nA clearly defined path for growth\nOn-demand pay with PayActiv (access to earned but not yet paid wages)\nAnd much more!\nBosselman offers on-demand pay (access to earned but not yet paid wages) through:\nResponsibilities\nLeads projects as assigned by the executive or ownership team. \nTracks project tasks, milestones, budget and payment applications/invoices and project documentation.\nCreates and leads cross-functional teams as needed for projects.Schedules and facilitates project team meetings, design meetings, spend detail review meetings and performance review meetings with appropriate individuals.\nDelegates tasks to team members and track progress.\nUnderstands the work being done by each team member and holds team members accountable for deliverables.\nActs as the primary point of contact for the project.\n\nCreates, reads and routes for approval budgets, capital requests, Statement of Work (SOWs), bid proposals, and contracts. \nNegotiates contract terms when applicable and partners with the legal department on contract review and execution.\nResponsible for meeting budget, timeline and scope.\nUtilizes standard PMI practices and has familiarity with PMI tools.\nSchedules, attends and facilitates on site visits.\nWorks with Directors, Managers and other contributors to ensure smooth operation of projects.\nDevelops and implements new or updated policies, procedures, training, change management and deployment plans as necessary for the successful implementation and operation of each project.\nWorks with team members and/or vendors for quotes, SOW/Bid Proposal and effectively manage those selected to provide goods and/or services as part of the project.\nMaintains project schedule, meeting documentation, status reports, risk logs, and executive updates regarding project progress and capital expenditures. \nDevelops and maintains relationships with key contractors.\nPerforms cost-benefit and return on investment analysis for proposed projects.\nTakes ownership of project and issues/change orders for the duration of the project and escalates when necessary.\nEstablishes and maintains regular written and in-person communications with the stakeholders, Directors, and end users regarding pertinent project activities.\nCommunicates clearly and effectively with project collaborators, keeps projects moving forward with respect in place for all team members. De-escalates situations when necessary.\nComplies with all Company Policies.\nCommunicates confidentiality on certain projects internally and externally.\nEnforces all company standards.\nAdditional Job Duties:\nOther duties as assigned by the executive suite.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nThis position does not have direct supervisory responsibility. However, the Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional project teams, coordinating the work of team members, assigning project tasks, monitoring progress, and holding team members accountable for deliverables necessary to achieve project objectives.\nQualifications\nEducation and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management or a closely related field strongly preferred. \nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification required.\nChange management experience preferred, including supporting organizational change, process improvements, system implementations, and stakeholder adoption efforts.\nFacilitation experience preferred, with the ability to effectively lead meetings, workshops, and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nCurrent valid driver's license and be insurable to drive.\nExcellent Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and TEAMs).\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve results without direct supervisory authority. \nStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.\nExperience with project management tools, methodologies and best practices.\nExcellent time management skills, especially familiarity with calendar management.\nAbility to lead others and establish vision.\nExcellent analytical skills.\nStrong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.\nProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline.\nHighly self-motivated and extremely resourceful.\nExperience developing budgets.\nSkilled at coaching and encouraging others.\nDemonstrated leadership skills.\nAbility to present ideas in a user-friendly language.\nKeen attention to detail.\nAbility to prioritize and execute tasks.\nExcellent facilitation skills.\nMust be able to communicate in English. - IF APPLICABLE\nAble and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.\nAble and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.\nPhysical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Project Manager to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
