Teamwork\nWorks closely with employees in other departments as well as with the internal office and management teams.\nAssists with promoting Boss’ key service deliverables.\nPromotes, demonstrates and reinforces Boss’ 4 core values in all day-to-day actions.\nAssists with promoting a positive team atmosphere.\nAssists with training staff to ensure they have the “tools” necessary to perform their job to the best of their ability.\nAssists with ensuring efficient collaboration of all staff in the warehouse to achieve our desired goals and results. \n\nQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS\nEducation:\nCompletion of High School preferred.\nKnowledge:\nBasic knowledge of oil and other products at Boss is an asset.\nSkills/Certification:\nForklift Operator Certification is an asset.\nWHMIS, if necessary, but training available.\nExperience:\nMinimum 1-2 years work experience in a physically demanding job, preferably in a warehouse environment.\nExperience with lubricants is an asset.\nAbilities:\nAbility to work in a moderate-paced warehouse environment and perform routine and often repetitive tasks.\nAbility to plan job tasks, solve common problems and make decisions as necessary.\nAbility to communicate effectively, oral and written, and must be able read instructions and understand numbers and figures.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg’s).\nAbility to take direction.\nAbility to work well with others and with minimal supervision.\nPersonal Suitability:\nMust have a positive approach to work.\nGood physical condition.\nGood common sense.\nGreat manual dexterity and hand-eye co-ordination.\nTake pride in your work.\nAttentive to detail.\nContinuous desire to learn new Boss
