组织业务、财务及相关技术方开展需求评审，输出需求说明与解决方案文档，明确范围界定、优先级、实现方式与验收标准。\n4.基于金蝶云星空低代码平台完成实施交付。负责表单/单据、字段、业务流程、审批流、套打报表及数据导入模板等配置与调整，不涉及底层代码开发; 配合开发与接口资源完成集成联调及上线验证。\n5.负责上线后的持续运维与优化。跟踪系统使用情况，处理运维工单并形成知识沉淀，识别流程瓶颈与低效环节，提出优化方案并推动落地; 配合跟进金蝶原厂补丁、版本升级及账套等相关事项。\n任职要求：\n教育背景\n本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、信息管理与信息系统、软件工程、财务管理等相关专业优先。\n工作经验\n1.3年以上金蝶ERP实施或运维经验，其中至少1年直接从事金蝶云星空（Cloud Cosmic）的实施、运维或支持工作。熟悉金蝶并有金蝶项目实施经验为本岗位必备条件。\n2.熟悉云星空销售管理、采购管理、合同管理及财务核算（总账、应收应付、存货核算）模块的标准业务流程、单据逻辑与配置方法，能独立完成常规配置与问题排查。\n3.有2个及以上项目从需求对接到上线运维的完整经历，能够独立承担中小型项目的实施交付，具备项目管理的基本意识（计划、里程碑、风险与变更控制）。\n4.熟练使用金蝶云星空低代码平台进行表单、单据、字段、业务流程图、审批流、套打及报表的配置与调整，具备无代码/低代码交付能力。\n5.具备基础数据库能力，能使用 SQL 进行数据查询、核对与批量处理，可完成数据导入、导出与清洗;
