Responsibilities:\nWin new merchants\nOwn the volume and revenue from new merchants against the plan.\n\nBuild and manage the sales pipeline for each segment: key and strategic accounts, growth and expansion, and startups.\n\nWin back merchants who stopped shipping with Bosta.\n\nWork with Marketing to turn merchants who sign up on their own into active, growing accounts.\n\nGrow new merchants in their first year\nMake sure every new merchant who qualifies gets an account manager soon after their first shipments.\n\nSet clear hand-over rules from sales to account management, so no merchant is left without an owner.\n\nTrack how many new merchants are still shipping after their first months, and act early on drop-offs.\n\nLead and develop the team\nLead the team leaders, sales people and account managers.\n\nSet monthly sales targets and decide how many sales people carry a target, within the approved plan.\n\nPlan hiring with HR, so the account management team grows with the number of new merchants.\n\nRun the sales incentive scheme and manage performance.\n\nKeep each team at a size that its leaders can manage well.\n\nPlan and report\nTrack pipeline, wins, target achievement and early retention every week and every month, and explain any gap to plan.\n\nBuild the yearly sales plan and the team budget with Finance and HR.\n\nJob Qualifications:\nMust have\n10 or more years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in logistics, e-commerce, payments or software.\n\n5 or more years leading sales managers and large sales teams.\n\nA track record of beating new business targets and building teams fast.\n\nStrong with data and sales tools: CRM, pipeline reports and dashboards.\n\nExperience setting sales targets and incentive schemes.\n\nFluent Arabic and English.\n\nGood to have\nExperience leading both sales and account management.\n\nExperience in a fast-growing company.\n\nA university degree in business or a related
