You'll design end-to-end digital experiences for client and internal engagements while mentoring and managing a small team of 1-2 designers. This role suits someone who wants to stay close to the work while growing into broader design leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end UX/UI design for client-facing and internal digital products, including web apps, dashboards, tools, and interactive presentations.\nManage, coach, and develop 1-2 designers, providing regular feedback, career guidance, and creative direction.\nPartner directly with BCG case teams, consultants, and clients to translate business and strategic requirements into intuitive, high-impact design solutions.\nPlan and conduct user research and usability testing; iterate designs based on findings and stakeholder input.\nProduce wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and contribute to shared design systems and component libraries.\nUphold design quality and brand consistency across projects, in line with Design Studios and BCG standards.\nPresent design concepts, rationale, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders and clients with confidence and clarity.\nCollaborate closely with developers and other functions to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.\nStay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh thinking back to the team.\nWhat You'll Bring\n5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership, management, or senior mentorship capacity.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI work across web and/or product design.\nProficiency in Figma and familiarity with the broader design/prototyping toolset (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).\nExperience building or contributing to design systems, running usability testing, and translating research into design decisions.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort presenting to senior leaders and clients.\nPrior experience in a consulting, agency, or professional services environment is a plus.\nBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nAdditional info\nAt BCG, our people and relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We combine consulting rigor with creative craft to help clients see and experience the future we'rebuilding for them.\n*** For US locations only ***\nIn the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.\nTotal compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.\nThe base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $102,000.00 - $142,000.00.\n\nThis is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range.
