This role is critical to ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable user experiences across both ecosystems. You will serve as a key operator and problem solver, supporting everything from provisioning and policy enforcement to automation and migration execution.\nThe ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise, a mindset for continuous improvement, and the ability to support service delivery and platform governance in a dynamic, global environment.\nIn partnership with other platform SMEs, your duties will include:\nSupporting day-to-day administration of Google Workspace (e.g., Chrome, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Gemini) and Microsoft 365 (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) environments.\nExecuting user provisioning, deactivation, license assignment, and group management across both platforms.\nEnforcing secure and compliant configurations by implementing access controls, sharing restrictions, and policy updates in line with internal standards.\nDeveloping or improving automation for routine tasks and reporting using tools like PowerShell, Apps Script, or other tools.\nSupporting configuration efforts such as OU restructuring, retention settings, and service rollout readiness.\nMonitoring service performance, coordinating escalations with identity/security teams, and supporting root cause analysis of incidents.\nDocumenting platform procedures, knowledge base articles, and support records to promote operational consistency.\nCollaborating with platform SMEs, InfoSec, and Service Management teams on delivery.\nParticipating in internal QA and testing for new platform features or releases.\nYOU’RE GOOD AT\nProviding calm, clear, and technically accurate support to users across varying skill levels and systems.\nExecuting operational tasks while identifying opportunities for optimization.\nNavigating administrative portals and tools for both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.\nCommunicating confidently and clearly with peers, stakeholders, and end users, both verbally and in writing.\nTranslating platform capabilities into practical, real-world use cases, user-focused improvements, and actionable procedures.\nCollaborating effectively across teams while independently resolving routine technical challenges.\nDocumenting technical procedures, managing tickets, and maintaining platform records with attention to detail.\nCollaborating cross-functionally and escalating where appropriate.\nDemonstrating a willingness to grow into scripting, automation, and cross-platform integration as part of long-term development.\nWhat You'll Bring\n5-8 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms, including both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.\nProficiency with user lifecycle management, access controls, and service configurations in Google Admin Console and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.\nSolid understanding of collaboration tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Google Meet, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.\nExperience with troubleshooting complex platform issues, coordinating with identity, security, or networking teams as needed.\nExposure to scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Google Apps Script) for administrative tasks, reporting, or automation is a plus.\nStrong communication and documentation skills; capable of translating technical configurations into supportable solutions.\nProven track record of managing support queues, documenting resolution steps, and improving internal processes.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.\nGoogle Workspace and Microsoft 365 certifications are preferred but not required.\nWho You'll Work With\nYou will collaborate with global teams across Identity & Access, Messaging, Information Security, and Collaboration Services to ensure a secure, streamlined, and consistent experience across both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
