We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.\nWhat You'll Do\nOur Global Learning & Development (L&D) Operations function is a key enabler of our firm’s success, ensuring learning programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and scalability across regions and cohorts.\nYou will independently own operational execution for assigned programs, ensuring learner lifecycle accuracy, system integrity, and on-time delivery against SLAs.\nResponsibilities\nManage learner lifecycle processes end-to-end for assigned programs\nMaintain LMS integrity (classes, audiences, rosters) and data accuracy\nManage SLAs, deadlines, and operational communications\nIdentify operational risks and resolve bottlenecks proactively\nProduce operational reporting and ensure metric accuracy\nCoordinate with Delivery and stakeholders to ensure readiness\nWhat You'll Bring\n3-5 years relevant experience in learning operations or service operations\nExperience using LMS/workflow tools and reporting\nStrong organizational skills and prioritization under deadlines\nClear communication and stakeholder management capability\nComfort operating across cultures and time zones\nWho You'll Work With\nYou will partner with Delivery teams, program owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, accurate data, and timely execution across the learning lifecycle.\nAdditional info\nYou’re Good At\nDemonstrating accountability for operational tasks and delivering outcomes independently\nProactive risk identification and resolution\nManaging stakeholder expectations and priorities\nData accuracy, reporting discipline, and process adherence\nWorking across multiple programs concurrently\nAt BCG, our people and relationships are at the heart of everything we do.
