Now, we are quickly becoming a recognized leader in automation solutions for industrial applications and warehouse logistics.\nDay-to-day activities:\nDemonstrate expertise in operating Boston Dynamics products and related systems, including certified partner solutions.\nExecute customer integrations, validation procedures, and field tests under the guidance of a Senior Field Application Application Engineer.\nProvide on-site field support for integration customers, with supervision from a Senior Field Application Engineer or Integration Project Manager.\nConduct field diagnosis and resolve operational issues with effectiveness as they arise.\nPerform field repairs of FRU (Field-Replaceable Unit) sub-assemblies as needed.\nHandle issue triage and diagnosis, utilizing product-provided fault and log information as well as command line access to BD robots and payloads and internal tools to analyze and understand issues.\nConduct thorough inspections and checkouts of new hardware and RMAs to ensure they meet quality and functional standards before shipment.\nPerform software checkouts, ensuring systems are up-to-date and fully functional before customer integrations.\nAssist in creating and updating key technical documents such as Customer Solution Documents, Interface Control Documents, and Integration Scoping Documents under the supervision of senior team members.\nSupport the preparation of project summaries, network and equipment configuration documentation, and other relevant technical project reports for internal use.\nProvide ongoing support to customers, helping address questions and concerns regarding technical integration and ensuring positive customer engagement throughout the deployment process.\nAssist in collecting customer feedback and issues to share with product teams for continuous improvement.\nDeliver foundational training on Boston Dynamics products and associated software to customers and partners, ensuring they understand product capabilities, integrations, and troubleshooting for operational efficiency.\nDesired skills:\nMinimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, System Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field\nExperience in Field Applications Engineering, Solution Architecture, System Design, or similar \nExperience working with customers directly, delivering technical solutions\nAbility to plan and execute integrations of Boston Dynamics products at customer sites\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences\nNice to Have:\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD or comparable software applications\nFamiliarity with networking protocols and devices (routers, switches, and firewalls)\nFamiliarity with Linux operating systems (Ubuntu) \nFamiliarity with Python, C++, Typescript, Kotlin, or other modern programming languages\n\nTravel:\nAbility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.\nAbility to utilize personal credit cards for travel expenses, with subsequent reimbursement.\nThe pay range for this position is between 90,000 EUR to 100,000 EUR annually.
