Now we are quickly becoming a recognized leader in automation solutions for industrial applications and warehouse logistics.\nDay-to-Day Activities:\nPerform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and general technical service and support for our western regional customers.\nCollaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to drive technical solutions and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.\nEnsure world-class support outcomes - Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), issue resolution time, and first-time-fix metrics.\nDocument and complete service administration activities promptly in our CRM.\nDesired Skills:\nPrior experience in a role delivering high quality, highly reliable, and highly responsive field service.\nSupport experience with highly specialized and complex platform technology.\nCustomer management and communication skills with demonstrated experience in a customer support environment.\nTrack record of achieving successful support outcomes tracking metrics such as issue resolution time, response time, and customer satisfaction.\nPrior experience performing repairs/maintenance on mechanical equipment.\nExperience using power tools and specialized equipment.\nField technicians with experience in other industries are encouraged to apply.\nTravel:\nAbility to travel up to 80% of the time.\nWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas for this position.\nThe pay range for this position is between $90,000 to $115,000 annually. Base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors including, but not limited to internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience. This range represents a good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Boston Dynamics offers a generous Benefits package including medical, dental vision, 401(k), paid time off and a annual bonus structure.
