Now we are quickly becoming a recognized leader in automation solutions for industrial applications and warehouse logistics.\nHow you will make an impact:\nDevelop test strategies for new technologies, hardware and firmware\nDevelop Python code and code infrastructure\nPerform data analysis, root cause issues and suggest design improvements \nDesign and build test fixtures from scratch\nCarry out DVT, reliability testing and compliance testing\nBe a vocal proponent for quality, both internally and as a representative of our company\nCreate and modify scripts to iterate testing procedures \nWhat You Bring:\nBS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, and 5+ years of relevant experience\nExperience with NI LabVIEW, python, and command-line operations in a UNIX-like OS\nExperience with test automation\nExperience with communication interfaces, e.g. CAN, Ethernet, SPI, and I2C\nHands-on experience designing, building and debugging electro-mechanical test setups\nExperience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, power supplies, programmable loads, thermal probes\nExperience with compliance testing including conducted/radiated emissions and safety\nBe able to multitask, and change priorities quickly as needed\nExperience with PCB rework and cable assembly\nBe able to clearly communicate test results and data\nNice to Have Skills:\nFamiliarity with low-level embedded firmware [C/C++] and FPGAs\nFamiliarity with functional safety \nFamiliarity with motor drives\nFamiliarity with position encoder and force sensor technology\nFamiliarity testing high-speed interfaces\nExperience working with robots and/or robotic systems\nExperience with DFMEA and HALT\nThis role requires up to 10% travel to off-site facilities.\nWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas for this position.\nThe salary range for this position will be clearly stated in the job posting as required by Massachusetts law. The base pay range for this position is between $117,000 - $145,000. Base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors including, but not limited to internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience.
