Now we are quickly becoming a recognized leader in automation solutions for industrial applications and warehouse logistics.\nHow you will make an impact:\nSupport technical program managers in building and maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.\nTrack progress across engineering, product management, design, and QA teams, and flag schedule risks and dependencies early.\nPrepare status updates, presentations, and summaries that present complex technical information clearly for both technical and non technical audiences.\nHelp identify risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation plans.\nAttend and help facilitate program meetings, including capturing notes, decisions, and action items and following up with owners.\nMaintain program documentation and dashboards using tools such as Google Workspace and Jira.\nContribute to process improvements and assist with post project reviews and lessons learned sessions.\nTake ownership of a defined project or workstream over the course of your co op term, with guidance from a mentor.\nWhat You bring:\nCurrently pursuing a BS or higher in Engineering or a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Physics, etc.).\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill technical information into concise, easily understood formats.\nExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.\nA passion for problem solving and a drive to ask questions and understand the big picture.\nInterpersonal skills that support effective collaboration with diverse teams.\nComfort learning new tools quickly. Familiarity with Google Workspace is expected, and exposure to Jira or other Atlassian products is a plus.\nNice to have:\nPrior internship, co op, project team, or leadership experience that involved coordinating people or deliverables.\nCoursework or project experience in robotics, embedded systems, or hardware and software integration.\nExposure to project management methods such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.\nInterest in production and manufacturing operations.\nWhat you will gain:\nHands on experience in how a leading robotics company plans and delivers products that combine complex hardware and software.\nRegular exposure to senior leaders and cross functional stakeholders.\nMentorship from experienced program managers.\nA strong foundation for a career in technical program management.\nThe pay range for this position is between $30 to $35 per hour.
