Develop visual materials such as graphics, presentations, and videos to effectively communicate solutions, product roadmaps, and company capabilities\nIdentify opportunities, analyze potential tools and best practices, and help implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, quality, and organizational efficiency\nSupport invention disclosure, prior-art research, patent documentation, and coordination with inventors and intellectual-property counsel\nFacilitate coordination with Manufacturing Innovation Institutes, technology and supply chain partners, research and development organizations, and project stakeholders on collaborative efforts\nRequired Skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and present engaging content for diverse audiences\nProven organizational ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and follow through on deliverables\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint)\n Bachelor's degree in an engineering or manufacturing-related field\n3 or more years of relevant professional experience required - exceptional candidates with substantial internship, co-op, or research experience will be considered\nDemonstrated experience synthesizing information, conceptualizing solutions, and developing technical content for engineering, business, and government stakeholders\nFamiliarity with federal research and development programs and funding mechanisms\nFamiliarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management system\nInterest or experience in emerging technologies, including robotics, IoT, augmented/virtual reality (AR/VR), and artificial intelligence (AI\n This role is restricted to US persons (i.e., US citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 USC 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology.
