Provides applications development and support for corporate systems, MLB Ballpark and fan engagement apps, and systems and data architecture.\nPOSITION OVERVIEW:\nThe Information Technology department is seeking a part-time IT Project Manager Assistant to support the Project Management Organization (PMO) and ensure the accuracy and consistency of our data across multiple Business systems. This role will assist in project management: gathering requirements, documenting processes, and coordinating with both stakeholders and developers in an Agile environment to help solve business problems and inefficiencies with technology. The role will also be responsible for IT onboarding and offboarding: creating and maintaining user accounts across downstream systems and identifying and resolving discrepancies.\nThe hourly rate for this position is $28.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT.\nSupport the PMO in planning, tracking, and coordinating initiatives across Business Systems.\nEnsure clear understanding of requirements, timelines, and responsibilities across multiple stakeholders for projects.\nPartner with technical teams to create quality documentation for new products including release notes and training material.\nEnsure data quality and integrity of key IT systems and services, particularly as it pertains to the onboarding and offboarding of employee-related content.\nCreate, modify, and deactivate user accounts across downstream systems as part of employee onboarding and offboarding.\nAssess existing employee onboarding/offboarding processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements and opportunities for automation.\nTest internal and third-party software to identify defects and ensure high-quality deployments.\nHelp oversee IT administrative functions and vendor management.\nCHARACTERISTICS/QUALIFICATIONS:\nSelf-starter who has good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to break a complex process down into concrete steps.\nProven ability to prioritize work, effectively communicate risks, and meet deadlines.\nExperience with Agile practices such as scrum or kanban.\nStrong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of employees.\nExposure to and comfort with third-party software and light application administration.\nAbility to work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with our small but fast-moving team both in-office and remotely.\nAbility to commit to working 34 hours a week.\nHands-on coding experience using SQL/Python or tools such as Okta, Microsoft Active Directory and Entra is a
