This role performs a variety of medium to complex duties in fixed assets such as analyzing accounts, booking necessary journal entries, internal reporting, performing the monthly financial close, monitoring SOX/internal control requirements, and support audits. This role measures performance against key performance indicators and metrics and continually identifies ways to improve and streamline processes.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.\n1 to 2 years relevant experience\nEnglish level: 80% or above.\nFixed Asset Experience a plus\nSAP experience a plus\nOpen to working across global time zones\nStrong communication skills\nDetail oriented\nAbility to work independently\nInquisitive and takes an active interest in opportunities to improve the efficiency of work\nExperience working in shared service environment a plus\nKey Responsibilities include:\nPerforms fixed asset processes and acts as liaison with several supported sites\nCompiles and analyzes Fixed Asset information through preparation of reports and general ledger journal entries.\nAssures financial accuracy for all supported sites and supports all legal entity closings on a monthly basis\nTakes an active interest in seeking opportunities for continuous improvement, standardizing processes across multiple legal entities.\nEstablishes and communicates accounting processes by maintaining a thorough understanding of SOX controls, GAAP, and new accounting guidance as appropriate.\nWorks to deliver upon key performance metrics and service levels agreed with business partners and management.\nRequisition ID: 636371\nAs a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
