This includes prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user service requests. In this role you will be responsible for providing end user services, leading the roll out and implementation of technical solutions and infrastructure at a local level, in partnership with the Global and Regional IT teams This role is based in Mascot, Sydney and will report to the Head of IT, ANZ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide responsive, high-quality technical support to employees across Australia and New Zealand, delivering an exceptional end-user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests across PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, Microsoft 365, applications, networks, Windows operating systems and other local and global systems.
