It also supports payroll projects and drives standardization, automation, and continuous improvement to strengthen payroll accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.\nResponsibilities:\nManage end-to-end payroll for assigned countries, sites, or employee populations, ensuring accurate and timely payment.\nProcess and validate payroll transactions, including employee changes, compensation, time and leave, deductions, benefits, and off-cycle payments.\nPerform payroll reconciliations, controls, variance analysis, and exception reviews; investigate and resolve discrepancies.\nEnsure compliance with payroll, tax, social security, statutory, SOX, company policy, and data privacy requirements.\nPrepare and review statutory filings, payments, year-end activities, and payroll reports.\nCoordinate expatriate, equity compensation, and other complex payroll transactions, where applicable.\nPartner with HR, People Services, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Benefits, and GBS to ensure accurate payroll delivery and reporting.\nManage external payroll providers, monitor service levels, validate outputs, and resolve performance issues.\nAddress complex employee and stakeholder payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.\nSupport internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and related corrective actions. \nDrive payroll process improvements and support projects such as system upgrades, implementations, transitions, automation, and standardization.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Human Resource or a related discipline.\nRequires to have 5 - 8 years of payroll experience in MNC, preferably supporting APAC countries.and, or global payroll \nStrong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing, payroll controls, and statutory compliance.\nExperience working with multiple payroll vendors and cross-functional stakeholders, including HR and Finance.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.\nProficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience in a Shared Services/GBS environments is highly preferred\nExposure to payroll projects, process improvement, or automation initiatives and migrating services\nRequisition ID: 633944\nAs a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
