Here, you’ll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions.\nAbout The Role:\nThe Payroll Intern will work closely with our HR and GBS Teams supporting EMEA countries in delivery smooth payroll to BSC employees. He/she will use top class ERP systems such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors and payroll systems daily to perform different tasks supporting payroll processing and address queries from our stakeholders. Payroll Intern’s role is a key to facilitate numerous changes and process improvements in the organization. He/she will have unique opportunity to support implementation of new ideas in collaboration with other parts of the BSC organization.\nWe are looking for three talented candidates to join the Payroll Team.\nYour Responsibilities Will Be:\nWork closely with the HR and GBS Payroll teams supporting EMEA region \nCreation and upload of content (e.g. FAQs) into newly setup intranet (payroll subpage) \nReview and triage of new ServiceNow employee queries \nCreation and running ad hoc ServiceNow reports \nPrepare and Review Desktop Operational Procedures for EMEA Payroll systems\nAnalysis of employee master data (SuccessFactors reports) \nSupport automation projects (e.g. testing new macros) \nWhat We Are Looking For In You:\nBachelor’s in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nFluency in Polish and English (C1), any other language is a plus.\nGood understanding of Microsoft Office.\nAdvanced analytical and numerical skills. \nStrong ability to create and maintain relationships. \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nGood time management.\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.\nWhat We Can Offer To You:\nUp to 12-month Intern contract and flexibility around working hours (30-40 hours) \nHybrid working mode (3 days in the office) \nWorking in an international environment \nFriendly and supportive work atmosphere \nOpportunity to grow and develop in a team of professionals \nInspirational colleagues & culture \nA team-oriented company culture \nInternational opportunities \nModern office in the center of Warsaw\nLocation: in our Warsaw offices, on a hybrid work mode schedule\nStart date: December 2026- January 2027\nRequisition ID: 636789\nBoston Scientific transforms lives through innovative medical technologies that improve the health of patients around the world.
