Provide guidance and be a source of information for operators and support groups in the area. This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.\nRelocation:\nRelocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.\nVISA:\nBoston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nCoordinates daily work direction for manufacturing personnel.\nAssist the supervisor in supporting and developing action plans to achieve the departmental goals.\nCoach, train, motivate and enhance the morale and self-esteem of manufacturing personnel.\nDisposition and process discrepant product or material for rework or MRB according to procedures.\nEnsure that the manufacturing personnel follow the appropriate procedures. Understand all operations support systems including traceability and documentation systems.\nProvide feedback for use in performance appraisals and periodic coaching of manufacturing personnel.\nEnsure the training of new manufacturing personnel to the team.\nAct as liaison for manufacturing and support groups such as engineering, technicians, production control and management.\nWhen supervisor is absent, may temporarily act as supervisor\nRequired qualifications:\n3 years of experience with a high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience\nPreferred qualifications:\n5 years of relevant manufacturing, production support, or technical experience preferred\nStrong data entry, tracking, and reporting skills, including the ability to investigate, collect, and maintain production and quality data.\nProficient in using computer systems and databases to manage data, generate reports, and communicate effectively across teams.\nAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\nDemonstrated ability to perform technical and administrative tasks requiring extensive computer use and attention to detail.\nKnowledge understanding of Lean principles in assembly and manufacturing environments.\nExperience using manufacturing systems, and production tracking toolsto monitor orders, production status, workflow progress, aging WIP, and material management activities.\nRequisition ID: 633548\nMinimum Salary: $ 43368\nMaximum Salary: $ 73736\nThe anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com- will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
