Provide HR leadership and direction to organization and may manage team members at the site level.\nJob Responsibilities:\nResponsible for providing HR leadership and team direction in most of the following areas: competency development, succession planning, talent management, talent acquisition, labor relations, employment law compliance, employee relations, employee engagement, change management and process improvement.\n\nCoach and consult with management on issues affecting morale, performance, development and organization effectiveness, helping to determine root causes and recommending appropriate next steps.\n\nProvide guidance and direction to client group(s) to ensure consistent, equal and fair treatment of all employees. Consult with managers to ensure the consistent application of and adherence to company policies and procedures.\n\nPartner with HR Centers of Excellence to address and satisfy client group(s) requirements. Apply knowledge of key business drivers in making decisions related to human capital.\n\nPresent, train and/or facilitate workforce development programs. Support communication on and utilization of performance management tools & processes and compensation & rewards programs.\n\nIntroduce, lead and influence change management initiatives with client group leaders in order to address issues that will enhance overall performance and build the overall human capital capability of the organization.\n\nConduct and manage investigation of complaints and concerns that could result in legal ramifications; assess the severity, involve appropriate individuals and facilitate appropriate action based on policy and practice.\n\nJob Requirements:\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field.\n\nCandidate required to have at least 15 years in HR experience, 7 yrs in HRBP or strategic HR advisory role\n\nProven ability to partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, talent strategies, & organizational effectiveness.\n\nStrong experience in ER, performance management, coaching managers on people strategies.\n\nDemonstrated success in implementing HR initiatives aligned with business objectives\n\nSkilled in data-driven HR decision-making, leveraging HR analytics & insights to influence business outcomes\n\nFamiliarity with HR systems and tools, & ability to translate HR metrics into actionable strategies\n\nSkills:\n\n- Strategic HR Business Partnering\n\n- Talent Management and Workforce Planning\n\n- Employee Relations & Organizational Culture\n\n- Change Management & Transformation Leadership\n\n- HR Analytics & Data-Driven Insights\n\nAbout Us\nAs a global medical technology leader for more than 40 years, our mission at Boston Scientific (NYSE: BSX) is to transform lives through innovative medical solutions that improve the health of patients.
