Their work includes paver installations, patios, pool decks, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, and other custom hardscape projects for both residential and commercial clients.\nThey are seeking an experienced, hands-on Hardscape Field Supervisor / Project Manager who can lead field operations, manage multiple projects and crews, and keep the people, materials, equipment, and logistics behind each job moving efficiently.\nPosition Overview\nThis is not a traditional commercial construction Project Manager role. Projects move quickly, multiple jobs may be underway at once, crews rotate between sites, and priorities can change throughout the day.\nThe right person will be comfortable moving between the field, yard, and office and taking ownership of the details required to keep projects running smoothly. This person needs to be both a strong project manager and field leader-someone who can manage budgets and schedules while also working directly with crews, subcontractors, homeowners, general contractors, builders, and other project partners.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nOversee multiple active residential and commercial hardscape projects from start to finish.\nSupervise field crews and subcontractors while maintaining expectations for quality, productivity, and accountability.\nCoordinate daily logistics, including manpower, materials, equipment, trailers, tools, and scheduling across multiple active job sites.\nServe as a primary field contact for homeowners, general contractors, builders, and other project partners, providing proactive communication throughout each project.\nConduct regular jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, progress, and customer satisfaction.\nIdentify and solve field issues quickly to minimize delays and keep projects moving.\nManage project budgets, schedules, change orders, documentation, and project reporting.\nCoordinate inspections and project closeout activities as needed.\nHelp maintain the organization and readiness of the yard, fleet, tools, and equipment.\nWork closely with ownership and office staff to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and profitable.\nBuild strong working relationships with employees, subcontractors, customers, builders, and general contractors.\nHelp create a positive, accountable field culture and hold crews to company standards.\nUse JobTread, Google Drive, and other company systems daily to manage projects, documentation, schedules, and communication.\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of construction project management, field supervision, or construction operations experience.\nExperience managing multiple active projects and crews simultaneously, ideally in an environment with shorter project timelines and frequent job turnover.\nExperience working with both residential customers and commercial partners such as builders and general contractors is highly preferred.\nStrong subcontractor and crew management experience, including scheduling, accountability, and problem-solving.\nExperience coordinating materials, equipment, labor, and other field logistics.\nStrong understanding of construction budgets, schedules, change orders, quality control, and project documentation.\nComfortable spending significant time in the field rather than managing projects exclusively from an office.\nStrong customer service and communication skills.\nHighly organized and able to reprioritize quickly when field conditions or schedules change.\nComfortable learning and consistently using technology, including Google Drive, JobTread, and CRM/project management systems.\nValid driver's license and clean driving record.\nExperience That Could Be a Great Fit\nDirect hardscape or paver experience is highly desirable, but we are also interested in candidates from other fast-paced construction environments where managing multiple crews, customers, projects, materials, and schedules is part of the day-to-day operation.\nRelevant backgrounds may include:\nHardscape and paver construction\nLandscape construction\nPool construction\nOutdoor living construction\nResidential remodeling\nRestoration\nRoofing or exterior construction\nConcrete or masonry\nOther high-volume residential or light commercial construction\nThis Role May Not Be the Right Fit If...\nThis position is highly hands-on and fast-paced. It may not be the right fit for someone whose experience has primarily involved managing one large commercial project over an extended period, overseeing work from a distance, or working primarily from an office.\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys being close to the work-visiting jobsites, leading crews, coordinating logistics, solving problems, communicating with customers, and making sure the entire field operation stays on track.\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $95,000\nPerformance-based commission/incentive opportunity\nCompany vehicle and tools provided\n401(k) with company match\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid time off\nPaid holidays\nWhy Join?\nThis is an opportunity to take ownership of field operations within a growing company where your impact will be visible every day. You'll work across a variety of residential and commercial hardscape projects, build relationships with customers and construction partners, lead crews and subcontractors, and play an important role in helping the company continue to grow.\nIf you're a construction leader who enjoys the pace of multiple active projects and would rather be solving problems in the field than sitting behind a desk all day, we'd love to hear from you.","description_format":"text","description_chars":5739,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Vision insurance"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-15T21:22:13Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":45,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.498,"p_room":0.9,"age_days":13,"expected_fill_days":36,"reasons":["conf:0","agency","win:mid"],"computed_at":"2026-10-22T06:10:10Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":95000,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/bosunsolutions-hardscape-field-supervisor-project-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/bosunsolutions-hardscape-field-supervisor-project-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-22T10:17:54Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":7519,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-23T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":4417410},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=4417410"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fbosunsolutions-hardscape-field-supervisor-project-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fbosunsolutions-hardscape-field-supervisor-project-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fbosunsolutions-hardscape-field-supervisor-project-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/bosunsolutions-hardscape-field-supervisor-project-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fbosunsolutions-hardscape-field-supervisor-project-manager"}]}
