If you’re looking for an environment that values impact, autonomy, and excellence, we’d love for you to join us on this journey.\nRole Overview\nThe Business Analyst will be responsible for leading process discovery and analysis for BotCity clients, mapping and optimizing workflows to uncover automation opportunities that drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable business value. This person will document and validate client and internal workflows, deliver key project artifacts such as PDDs and SDDs, keep stakeholders aligned through regular touchpoints, and contribute data-driven insights that inform product strategy. This role is built for someone with solid experience in process mapping and requirements gathering (including SaaS products), who is process oriented, communicates clearly, prioritizes customer experience, and builds strong stakeholder relationships, while staying organized and analytical in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
