If you’re looking for an environment that values impact, autonomy, and excellence, we’d love for you to join us on this journey.\nRole Overview\nThe Product Owner will drive the execution of BotCity's Orchestrator product, turning strategic direction into a clear, well-prioritized roadmap that strengthens its market leadership and supports its continued growth. This professional will keep a healthy, prioritized backlog, make sure the squad delivers working software every sprint, and lead ongoing improvements to delivery speed, predictability and quality using meaningful metrics. BotCity is looking for a data-driven product professional who is comfortable with ambiguity in a startup setting, cares deeply about delivery quality, and takes full ownership of what ships, earning engineers' trust through clarity and follow-through.
