You will still be building, and the harder engineering problems will land on your desk.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn full-stack feature delivery across React and TypeScript, Node.js on Lambda, and PostgreSQL\nDesign and build agentic AI workflows: tool-calling pipelines, LLM-integrated automation and AI-assisted experiences\nDesign and build event-driven, serverless architectures on AWS\nReach for serverless containers when a workload is too heavy to run any other way\nWrite and maintain infrastructure as code in SST, Pulumi, Terraform or CDK\nMake the architecture calls on data modelling, API contracts and asynchronous processing\nDrive code quality, observability and production readiness across the team\nWork with engineers and stakeholders to break down complex problems and carry them through to delivery\nMentor engineers and hold the bar on engineering quality\nWhat we're looking for\n8+ years of software engineering experience, with strong full-stack depth\n3+ years hands-on with TypeScript, React and Node.js\nStrong React fundamentals: component composition, state management and performance\nReal experience building and running serverless or event-driven backends on AWS Lambda\nHands-on PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimisation and migrations\nInfrastructure as code in SST, Pulumi, Terraform or CDK\nExperience working with LLM APIs or agentic frameworks\nA strong grasp of software architecture, API design and asynchronous processing\nA track record of driving technical decisions and setting engineering standards\nClear written and verbal communication\nExperience in SaaS, logistics, supply chain or freight technology is a strong plus.\nWho tends to do well here\nEngineers who take ownership and drive work from design into production.
