This role works closely with Project Managers and field teams, contributing to project execution, coordination, and overall performance, while developing toward full project ownership.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport Project Managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple construction projects\nCoordinate communication between project teams, field staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants\nAssist in managing project schedules, budgets, and progress tracking\nPrepare and review shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation\nSupport procurement activities including material tracking, deliveries, and vendor coordination\nAssist with submittals, close-out documentation, warranties, and compliance requirements\nParticipate in project meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and timelines\nHelp identify and resolve project issues, delays, or coordination challenges\nEnsure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and project specifications\nMaintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation\nWhat You Bring to the Team\nMinimum 3+ years of experience in construction, with exposure to glazing systems (curtainwall, window wall, structural glazing, etc.)\nDiploma or degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Building Science is an asset\nExperience supporting projects in a fast-paced commercial construction environment\nProficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Office, and/or estimating software\nStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project workflows\nExcellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills\nStrong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively\nEagerness to grow into a Project Manager role\nRole Snapshot\nLocation: Location: Head Office - 6675 Rexwood Rd, Mississauga, ON\nJob Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite\nHours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.\nSalary: $65,000\nReports To: Glazing Manager\nVacancy Reason: New Position\nNumber of Positions: 1\nWhat's Offered\nGrowth and advancement opportunities\nCompetitive benefits that will grow with you\nBi-weekly pay you can count on\nHigh profile, high impact project\nBe part of a company where you're not just taking a job, you’re building a career.\nAll applications will be handled with strict confidentiality.\nWe are committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace.
