This is an excellent opportunity if you are a proactive, solutions-focused individual looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a leading-edge construction company.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead end-to-end management of multiple glazing and building envelope projects, ranging in scale from $100K to $10M \nReview and develop project budgets, tender documents, and cost-tracking systems to ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle \nCollaborate closely with internal teams, clients, fabricators, consultants, and glazing installers to coordinate project execution, contract administration, schedule development, material selection, and field logistics \nInterpret architectural and structural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure the proper installation of curtainwall, window wall, structural glazing, railings, doors, and canopies, all in compliance with applicable codes and technical requirements \nDevelop and maintain accurate project forecasts, budgets, schedules, and material delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with production and site activities \nCoordinate procurement and timely delivery of custom glazing systems, aluminum framing, and specialty components. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule expectations are met \nManage, mentor, and delegate tasks to supporting team members, ensuring effective workload distribution and accountability \nOversee project coordination, including change orders, RFIs, submittals, site instructions, and quality assurance documentation in alignment with construction workflows \nUtilize platforms such as Jonas, Bluebeam, Excel, Adobe, CAD/SketchUp, and project management software to plan, track, and report on project progress \nLead site meetings and progress reviews, proactively resolving field issues to ensure timely resolution, clear communication, and client satisfaction \nEnforce strict safety protocols, compliance standards, and quality control procedures throughout all project phases \nDeliver results in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication and leadership \nWhat You Bring to the Team\nMinimum of 5 years of glazing project management experience, with strong exposure to curtainwall, window wall, structural glazing, canopies, windows, doors, and railing systems \nPost-secondary education in architectural technology, construction management, or a related discipline preferred \nPMP designation or equivalent certification is considered an asset \nProven ability to manage projects ranging from $100,000 to $10 million \nHands-on installation experience is an asset, especially in fast-turnaround commercial projects \nDeep understanding of construction contracts, documentation workflows, and the full project lifecycle \nDemonstrated ability to forecast project costs and manage budgets with accuracy and confidence \nSkilled at reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and engineered designs \nStrong attention to detail with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities \nHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment \nRole Snapshot\nLocation: Head Office - 6675 Rexwood Rd, Mississauga, ON \nType: Full-Time, Onsite \nHours of Work: M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. \nSalary: $75,000 - $100,000 (based on experience) \nReports To: Glazing Manager \nVacancy Reason: Existing Vacancy \nNumber of Positions: 1\nWhy Join Bothwell-Accurate\nReal opportunities to grow and advance \nA team that supports you like family \nCompetitive benefits that grow with you \nBi-weekly pay you can count on \nWork on high-profile, high-impact projects \nWhere your work shapes skylines, and your growth shapes your career.\nBothwell-Accurate Co.
