With rapid deployment of our machines nationwide, we are delivering extraordinary beverage experiences to customers everywhere.\nRole Overview:\nThe Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for optimizing the company’s end-to-end global supply chain, including Asia, North America, and other key international markets.\nThis role provides strategic support in sourcing, procurement, production planning, and logistics to ensure timely and efficient operations across all regions. This position provides critical realtime coordination, problem solving and communication with internal and external stakeholders.\nThe position provides unique insight into internal processes, vendor relationships, and operational standards to drive global supply chain efficiency and profitability.\nKey Responsibilities\nGlobal Supply Chain Oversight\nSupport end-to-end supply chain operations across Asia, North America, and other international regions. \nEnsure smooth, timely coordination between U.S. operations, Asia supply chain teams, and corporate leadership to meet business demands. \nDevelop global sourcing and inventory strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market priorities. \nStrategic Sourcing & Supplier Management\nSupport global negotiations with suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality raw materials and packaging. \nSupport strategic partnerships with key vendors to ensure continuity of supply, innovation, and compliance with international quality standards. \nApprove supplier selection, contracts, and production allocation decisions across multiple regions.\nCross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration\nCoordinate with R&D, Quality, Finance, and Operations teams to support product development, manufacturing, and logistics. \nLead global process improvement initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and improve efficiency. \nServe as the key point of contact between U.S. and Asia supply chain teams, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution. \nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nCost per BIB: Drive ingredient cost optimization in alignment with company margin and cost-reduction initiatives.\nSupplier OTIF: Maintain strong supplier performance to ensure purchase orders are delivered on time and in full.\nE&O Management: Ensure effective inventory planning and controls to minimize excess and obsolete inventory exposure.\nCost Savings: Deliver year-over-year cost savings through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and operational efficiencies.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related experience.\nAt least 3 years of experience in global procurement, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity.\nAt least 2 years of experience managing U.S. and Asia supply chains, including supplier management and logistics coordination.\nHands-on knowledge of syrup and puree development and mass production manufacturing, including bag-in-box packaging and design.\nHands-on knowledge of ingredient application in beverage dispensing systems.\nProven ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.\nProven ability to manage cross-regional teams and complex international supply networks.\nStrong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.\nDeep familiarity with ERP operations(NetSuite preferred) and systems optimization.\nAbility to communicate in English and Mandarin preferred. \nBenefits\nFully company-paid Medical and 99% company-paid Dental and Vision Insurance\nFlex PTO, 7 sick days, 14 holidays, Wellness Benefits, Cell Phone and Internet reimbursement, 401K\nSalary Range:\nSF / Bay Area $120,000 -
