We are looking for a motivated, independent Program Manager who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced product environment. This role leads the delivery of complex programs and projects across Product, Technology and other Bottomline functions, as well as initiatives involving Customers and Partners. \nHow you'll contribute: \nLead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs and projects, including but not limited to customer deployments, migrations, product end-of-life initiatives, and revenue-growth initiatives.\nDefine program/project scope, success metrics, deliverables, timelines, and governance frameworks. \nMaintain strong delivery momentum through proactive risk, issue, and dependency management, ensuring clear and actionable mitigation plans. \nDrive operational excellence by continuously improving processes, tools, and reporting practices. \nImplement effective governance structures (e.g., steering committees, working groups, roadmap reviews, checkpoints) that maintain alignment and accountability. \nEstablish clear cross-functional communication models and operating rhythms, ensuring clarity of responsibilities, decisions, and expected outcomes. \nMonitor and report on program and project performance, creating clear insights and materials that support decision-making, transparency, and timely escalation. \nLead and facilitate project and program retrospectives to identify lessons learned and embed continuous improvement. \nSupport Product teams with key program and project administration when required. \nOrganize and facilitate stakeholder and product initiative meetings. \nLead change-management activities to drive successful adoption ofnew processes, technologies, and product capabilities. \nHow you'll make an impact: \nStrong ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams, driving delivery and ensuring accountability.\nAbility to build strong relationships, negotiate priorities, and influence decisions across teams and leadership levels. \nExperience managing multiple concurrent programs/projects in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities in line with business needs.\nSolid understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, hybrid models). \nStrong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and the ability to create clear documentation, reports, and communication materials. \nGood understanding of the product development lifecycle, including agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). \nAbility to interpret data, draw insights, and communicate findings to diverse audiences. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.\nProven experience communicating and presenting confidently to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. \nProficiency with industry-standard tools and systems (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Office/365). \nIf you have the attributes, skills, and experience listed below, we want to hear from you: \nProven success operating across all levels and functions within an organization\nDemonstrated success delivering outcomes in a matrixed, fast-paced environment \nBackground in SaaS or cloud-based products would be advantageous. \nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience \n3 to 5 years or more of hands-on program or project management experience \nWe welcome talent at all career stages and are dedicated to understanding and supporting additional needs.
