You will play a key role in coordinating software product launches, ensuring teams remain aligned, risks are managed, and programmes are delivered successfully.\nThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex initiatives. Working closely with Product leaders and senior stakeholders, you will drive execution, enable collaboration and continuously improve how we deliver products and business outcomes.\nEssential Job Functions\nLead the planning, execution and delivery of complex cross-functional programmes and product launches.\nCoordinate activities across Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and other business functions.\nDefine programme scope, timelines, milestones, success measures and governance frameworks.\nManage risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring clear mitigation and escalation plans.\nDrive alignment across stakeholders, facilitating decisions and resolving blockers.\nEstablish effective programme governance, operating rhythms and reporting processes.\nProvide clear programme updates and insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.\nLead change management activities that support the adoption of new products, processes and technologies.\nIdentify opportunities to improve delivery through process improvements, automation and AI-enabled ways of working.\nFacilitate retrospectives and embed continuous improvement across programmes.\nRequired Skills\nProven ability to lead complex programmes across multiple teams and functions.\nStrong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.\nExperience delivering software, SaaS or technology-based initiatives.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior and executive stakeholders.\nStrong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.\nExperience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.\nKnowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.\nExperience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365.\nResilient, adaptable and comfortable working in environments undergoing change.\nAbility to build credibility, navigate organisational complexity and drive accountability without direct authority.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n3-5+ years of programme or project management experience.\nProven success delivering cross-functional programmes in a technology or SaaS environment.\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale software or product delivery initiatives.\nPayments, banking or financial services experience is beneficial but not essential.\nExperience using AI or automation to improve delivery processes is advantageous\nWe welcome talent at all career stages and are dedicated to understanding and supporting additional needs.
